All contractual information is written in Portuguese, as well as information relating to services and communications.
04. PRICES
The prices indicated on the Brave Barber Shop website, unless otherwise stated, are valid only on the day of their disclosure. All prices include VAT.
Prices practiced in the establishment may differ from the prices presented online. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
05. RESPONSIBILITIES
All services provided by Brave Barber Shop comply with Portuguese legislation. Brave Barber Shop is not responsible for damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, failures, or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily prevent access to the website or booking systems.
06. CUSTOMER DUTIES
Customers and Users undertake to comply with these general conditions. The commitments include:

07. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The data collected is intended for processing bookings, communicating with Customers, processing requests for information and complaints, statistical analysis, as well as for direct marketing purposes (subject to consent).
Brave Barber Shop ensures the confidentiality of the data provided. All Customers have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose their data.
Brave Barber Shop will not sell or share its customer database with third parties.
08. SERVICE BOOKINGS
Validation of a booking implies knowledge and acceptance of the General Conditions of Use of Brave Barber Shop. Bookings can be made by phone or through the online scheduling system.
After the booking is completed, the Customer receives confirmation via email or SMS.
09. AVAILABILITY AND HOURS
Brave Barber Shop operates from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
10. CANCELLATIONS
The Customer can cancel the booking with a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows without prior notice may result in future restrictions.
11. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES
Brave Barber Shop is not responsible for:
- warning Allergic reactions to products not communicated previously.
- warning Unsatisfactory results due to specific characteristics not communicated.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, images, logos, and the "Brave Barber Shop" brand, is the property of Brave Barber Shop and is protected by copyright.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
Brave Barber Shop reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the courts of the district of Lisbon shall be competent.
